Comfortable beds. Good kitchen utilities. Some fun kids activities for my 5 year old. Ceril the squirrel visit and performance amazing. Dance competition good but annoyed entertainer didn't watch most of the time so clearly picked a kid she knew tbh. The pottery / arts and crafts absolutely saved the holiday! Georgia, Nikee and team absolutely saved the day and made my little one so happy.

Toilet can only handle wee apparently! Even my tiny child blocked it. No parking by the caravan. I'm pregnant it was really stressful. Immediately on arrival I just assumed I check in at reception. After waiting 30 mins and witnessing her being so lovely to the customers, she dismissed me with "we don't deal with booking.com" - I was tired after a 4 hr drive and ended up lost driving around for 1 hour. The map didn't match the location. The one way system clearly isn't used anymore as didn't make sense. By the time I found it and had to drag our stuff to it without being able to park near, I was incredible upset. I felt unwelcome. And I was in pain. This continued. General cold stares past reception and a feeling we weren't regulars or locals and dismissed throughout. The playground was so broken. No swings left and cornered off. Very dissapointing. If this had been lower cost, I would have forgiven much of this. But I spent over 300 for 3 nights. Oh, and the food I ordered in the main entertainment centre was just not okay. My mushroom risotto looked like a fatty swamp. Sorry, but some parts were shocking and some amazing. Very confusing. It felt like a place that used be wonderful, that lost its soul and was on its last breath. Honestly, the arts and crafts hut was an absolute life saver for our holiday. Our last holiday alone as mum and daughter before the baby arrives.

Nice clean caravan, as expected. Easy to book and access. Good location away from the main road. The club house and entertainment are great. Lovely pool that you can book 1 day in advance. Entertainment passes are good value, and the bingo is addictive! Great location for days out, Dymchurch has lovely sandy beaches, and I would recommend visiting Folkstone Harbour, lots of tasty food stalls and places to walk.

the fact there was no gas until day 2 then the hot water came out the cold tap the blind was broken In the toilet, the toaster looked liked it had been melted and no maintenance team after 6pm to help with the gas situation, toilet door never locked. also couldn’t cook either for the first night or have a wash because of the gas.
