Évacuation douche bouchée... Fenêtre douche ne pouvait pas se fermer correctement ( air très frais passé...)

Die Lage des Riats ist super, sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig. Wir wurden von der Suprabus-Station abgeholt und unser Gepäck wurde mittels Handkarren für uns transportiert. Im Riat angekommen wurden wir nett empfangen und hatten ein super großes Zimmer mit tollem großen Bad. Das Frühstück war das beste auf der gesamten Reise - sehr leckeres Rührei, frischer Obstsalat und fluffige Crêpes. Alles sauber und Bademäntel gibt es auch.

Das Riat hat wie alle Orte am Meer mit der salzigen Luft, Wind und Sonne zu kämpfen, was man hier und da sieht, aber es war trotzdem sehr gepflegt.

The room was clean, spacious and had a nice design. The staff were lovely and very helpful. They gave us several recommendations which we followed and all were great. The breakfast was nice and it was great that there was no deadline for breakfast. The location of the Riad was great - it was just off a busy street with several shops and cafes. The smaller street the Riad is located on also had some lovely small shops and a small coffee shop. The common areas of the Riad were very clean chic and had a lovely aroma.

Main issue was the A/C. It did work but not very well. It's place at the top inside a cupboard and was a bit weak. However as Essaouira is on the coast and is cooler than Marrakech it was not a major issue. Minor issues issues included the sockets - they are not well placed e.g. not one near the bedside table and they were a little worn out / tired. On our final day - our shower was only luke warm water. However, we had multiple showers every day for 5 days and this only happened once. Also as the temperature is hot - it is not a major issue. On one day - we did not have a turn down service for the room. However, this was on Eid and we were late getting out of the room which was probably the reason why. Every other day - we did have a turn down service which was very good - the rooms were tidied very well and very quickly. Towels were even changed without us asking. Overall these issues should not be considered as a reason not to stay. We had a lovely time in the Riad and for the price charged - we considered it to be great value. These negative points are really the reasons why we would give the Riad 4 stars instead of 5 out of 5.

Es muy lindo!! Excelente ubicación. Habitación y cama enormes y comodisimas, su gente muy, muy agradable y lista siempre para atender con eficiencia e inmediatamente las solicitudes... El desayuno espectacular con todo fresco y recién hecho. La decoración y el diseño son un punto aparte: moderno, sin perder su raíz marroquí, una fusión perfecta y llena de detalles que transmite armonía

Todo muy bien! Por decir algo, pondría una luz un poquito más fuerte en las lámparas para leer.
