Le manque de chauffage

Chambre grande, propre et magnifique. L'emplacement dans la médina, au calme. L'accueil parfait. Youssef a géré notre arrivée en pleine nuit suite à un problème d'avion. Ils viennent vous chercher, s'occupe de vos valises et vous ramènent à la porte de la ville à toutes heures! L'équipe toujours disponible à toute heures. Le petit déjeuner copieux et très très matinal pour notre départ. Tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement ce RIAD. Un grand merci d'avoir rendu notre séjour aussi agréable.

Shower could prove dangerous. 2 large steps to enter bath/shower basin. No bath mat with grip on basin floor which I would suggest should be a priority.

Légèrement sure côté

The hotel is beautiful, gorgeous decor and furniture. Our bedroom and bathroom were both very big. The breakfast was lovely - eggs, bread, pancakes, bun and some fruit and yogurt as well as tea/coffee. Great location - right on the edge of the medina so close to everything but not too noisy. It's a little walk from the car park but on our arrival someone met us to help with our bags.

Unfortunately one of the reasons we booked was because they had a hammam but we were told it was broken so we were unable to use it. We were asked to pay a tourist tax added just before we left which we were surprised about, we thought it would have been included in the price as it was at all the other places we stayed.
