Great location and absolutely lovely staff. Amazing roof terrace too!

+rooftop with a great view; +the service was very friendly and helpful; +clothes washing facility available on site;

-lack of ventilation in the bathroom caused high humidity in the room; -very cold at night (luckily there are blankets) and no air conditioning to keep warm in the room.

Lovely riad with a good location. Small riad with only 6 rooms. Great place to discover Essaouira.

I expected more tips and tricks about the city. It was also quite a hassle to get an airport transfer. Non the less, a good place to stay!

This Riad is a hidden gem! It’s in a great location for wandering around Essaouira. The room was very clean and the bed super comfy. Great water pressure in the shower too! The staff were absolutely lovely and the breakfast was always fresh and delicious, everyday there was something different to go with the basic breads and jams etc. fresh juice and good coffee.

There was a slight damp/musty smell in the bathroom but totally understandable as it has no ventilation and appears to be an internal room. This could be easily helped with some incense or reed diffuser. It didn’t overly affect our stay however.

Location and staff

Bed was hard and it was noisy in the mornings. It states private balcony for the rooms and there weren't any. My sons were in a separate room, one floor below, it would have been better to be closer.

Super friendly host, amazing location with great view for an incredible price… we really loved our stay..

Rather cramped for 3 in a room

Lovely place with the most fantastic hosts. The facilities were very good. The location of the Riad is in a very good place with great views out to the ocean and over the Medina. The breakfast which was all homemade was delightful. We would definitely book the Dar Assalama again.
