Miła i pomocna obsługa. Robią wszystko z dużym zaangażowaniem. Pyszne śniadania.

Podczas złej pogody częste braki prądu i wody. Basen oraz jacuzzi trochę zabrudzone. Wymagają stałej codziennej obsługi, a nikt tego nie robi. Woda w łazience powinna być trochę cieplejsza. Małe prywatne nieporozumienie z obsługą które zostało bez odpowiedzi po stronie obiektu.

Tout était parfait ! Cet hôtel est en parfait accord avec cette île magnifique. Les chambres dans des petites cabanes en bois sont pleines de charme et très confortables. De l’accueil au check-out le staff est très serviable et arrangeant. On prend le temps de vous expliquer le fonctionnement de l’hôtel, les activités possibles et vous propose de l’aide pour tout ( les points de Snorkeling, la location de vélos, billets de fastboat ). Ces bons conseils rendent le séjour encore plus simple. Merci pour cette expérience sur Gili Meno, on ne peut que recommander cet hôtel.

Tout était exceptionnel. La chambre est très belle, la petite piscine privée / jacuzzi est un vrai plus. Le personnel est très agréable et le petit déjeuner ainsi que le restaurant est très bon. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

We checked in stayed one night.

Location. Middle of island. Terrible walk back in the dark once it had rained. Flooding everywhere. The pictures show loungers by the pool. There are none, just bean bags! Which I couldn’t sit on because of my back problem. We said we would check out and explained the reasons and asked for just some of the money back for the remaining 2 days. As the property was full and they could rebook the rooms but they refused any partial refund. Disappointing on view that the property is misrepresented.

Struttura pulita e personale gentilissimo. Possibilità di noleggiare le bici. Attrezzatura da snorkeling gratuita. Colazione molto buona (dolce e salata). Aperitivo servito direttamente in villa delizioso. Piscina pulita e in generale la struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli. Punto in più per la doccia all’aperto in stanza, un’esperienza bellissima. Super consigliata!

Atmosfera od samego wejścia wyjątkowa. Od welcome drinków i zapoznania z obiektem, przez przedstawienie planu wyspy, po codzienne detale jak np: pytanie czy można nam posprzątać pokój. Jedzenie w restauracji obiektu genialne- śniadanie wedle wyboru, przepyszne i obfite. Kuchnia lepsza niż w okolicznych restauracjach, nie dlatego że restauracje są złe, a dlatego że tutaj jest tak pysznie. Ewidentnie ktoś dobrze dobrał ludzi, którzy współtworzą to miejsce i miał na nie pomysł. Sam pokój duży, klimatyczny, odgrodzony od strefy wspólnej, fajne jacuzzi w otoczeniu zieleni.

It is a scam. They will overbook. They will try to send you to a worthless 1 star room in cheaper place and try to keep the difference in money. Even if you dont agree to be transferred. It is a scam. But there is no tourist police or any other kind of police on the island so they get away with it.

Les activités proposées : notamment le snorkling, le prix demandé ne correspond pas du tout à ce qui est écrit sur la plaquette dans la chambre.
