Encore Inn Inglewood

the bed was great and the location is excellent since i needed to make it to the airport in the morning

the other people were weird and the area doesn't feel very safe at night. also, i wasn't notified in advance about the active renovations, which were noisy.

I loved the friendliness of the safe and how helpful they were.

Honestly there was nothing to like about this place it was the worst experience that I had and ever and renting hotels from hotels from in biggio from a Booking.com it's just was the worst thing that could have ever had happened to me we actually booked the room we stayed there for four nights we ended up booking a couple more nights after that the reason was because I had booked them in advance and the last night that I wanted to book was like you know what let's just try to make the best out of this place and we booked one more night but on booking.com and it clearly stated that I would be getting too bad and it even had a picture of two beds and it was about $25 more but like I said I needed the extra bed for my daughter so that she can have her own bed so I went ahead and purchased it then in the morning when I went to the manager and showed him like hey look I got another night it says right here that it's 2 queen beds so I paid an extra $25 for that room however the manager told me that I was wrong and that if I wanted a room with two beds that I had to pay an extra $45 on top of what I had paid online already so I did my own research on booking.

It was the most scariest and crazy experience that I've ever been through my wife and my daughter are still like very frightened from that situation and I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody I honestly feel that this was the worst thing that could have happened to us and I'm very very disappointed

Roaches in the bathroom.

The only thing that I liked was that I came to an agreement that the property would agree to give me my money back.

The door was open when I got there, the non smoking room smelled like nothing but cigarettes, and the television was on. The floor had balled up toilet paper on it,.and it looked as if (.and smelled ). someone had been evicted from the place moments before.

Nothing it was dirty and had roaches

I hate it every minute of it
