De ligging,het park,vriendelijk en vlot contact eigenaar.

Hier en daar wat aan opkuis en vernieuwing toe. De 2e kamer is zoals beschreven maar uiteindelijk wat nipt voor 2 gezinnen.Ideaal voor ouders en kinderen.

Douchekraan kapot, temperatuur onmogelijk te regelen. Slaapkamer van 4 personen zonder raam/ventilatie. Pannen vrijwel onbruikbaar

"Belgium- family holiday"

Lovely setting and the chalet provided everything a family could need for a self catering holiday. Sonja our host was brilliant and communicated excellently prior to and during our stay.

We were not aware the pool was closed the day we arrived which was very disappointing as we had 2 young children with us. Weather was 26 degrees so the pool was not open and was very disappointing as it was outside our door. I get the 30,min rule for parking only outside the chalet and this is a good control measure to ensure safety of children walking around the site but means long walk in the morning and evening to the car if you're at the back of the site.

We had a wonderful stay, Sonja and Michael very cordial and friendly, they were attentive at all times with us. We didn't have a car and they gave us their time to get around. We are very grateful. Impeccable accommodation. The forest is beautiful. The pool and the place were very good. We highly recommend staying at Acacia I, Hengelhoef.
