Good location

Bad smell. Internet didn’t work most of my stay

There was a person in the night. She was helpful.

The rooms are a bird cages..and you can hear everyone .. no fan really looks like the person beside was inside my room

I stayed here for the purpose of birdwatching a reserve called Hacienda El Bosque. The central location of the hostel made pick up and drop off easy. It's a short walk from the center of Manizales and the cable cars, restaurants, etc. The price is pretty much unbeatable for a single room.

The shower isn't really hot, but that isn't a deal breaker. No kitchen, which is something that I always like, as I prefer cooking at home to eating out. Not a big deal.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff is very kind. The bed was not so comfortable though and the bathroom light didn’t work. It was a good value though.

No kettle or ability to get drinking water. Very basic stay, but lovely.

This apartment is good for the price but it is very hot in Manizales and most of the rooms don’t have windows or air conditioning…

The bed is full of fleas and this is very disappointing. My girlfriend have to take some antibiotics to cure from the bites. So please for the others take care and do more of the cleaning of the bedroom!

The staff were very kind and helpful. The location is good, very central. At the same time l did not like that because of the noise created by traffic and the polution. The hotel is good value for money.
