Nous avons aimés l'accueil, la gentillesse, la bienveillance du personnel en général. Ce riad est très bien situé calme et paisible. Les soins du spa sont très sympa à découvrir et à faire !! Un grand merci à Riad pour ses conseils avisés !!

Salle d'eau manque de pression et poire abîmés dans notre chambre un détail... Les piscines pas nickel nickel,du dépôt au fond de l'eau ça ne faisait pas spécialement envie c'est dommage avec cette chaleur. Manque de galette de pain au petit déjeuner,sur 7 petits déjeuner nous n'avons eu que 3 matins du pain,il y avait tout se qu'il fallait confiture beurre mais l'élément principal a manqué sur les 4 derniers petits déjeuner c'est le petit bémol...

"Riad confortable très bien situé dans la médina"

Bon petit déjeuner, chambre calme et climatisée, bon accueil, Riad sympa avec plusieurs terrasses, très bon emplacement dans la médina pour tout faire à pied !

L’entretien des bassins (eau verte), la navette de l’hôtel qui devait nous faire le transfert depuis l’aéroport que nous avons attendu quasiment 1h… (apparemment dû au fait que c’était le lendemain de l’aïd et que le chauffeur habituel ne travaillait pas)

"Heerlijk (rustig) verblijf in een hectische stad😃"

De riad is prachtig, schoon, personeel super behulpzaam, aardig, doen het uiterste om het naar je zin te maken. Denken goed mee en vooruit. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding wat ons betreft optimaal.

De vele bijen, die niets doen, maar wel met veel zijn bij het ontbijt, vonden wij niet zo fijn, nam wat ontbijt mee naar de kamer. Een klein koelkastje op de kamer zou handig/ fijn zijn, maar was niet onoverkomelijk.
