A nossa estadia superou as expectativas! Os Funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos e acessiveis! Pequeno-almoço sempre diferente, e no dia em que tivemos de sair mais cedo para uma excursão até tiveram a simpatia de preparar para levarmos e comermos no caminho! Muito Limpo e organizado! Todos os dias vieram repor os consumiveis! Ajudaram nos em todos os pedidos e perguntas! Se voltar a Marraquexe com certeza que irei aqui voltar! Recomendo!

The location in the medina was ok, and the assistant receptionist was friendly.

This was our worst experience on bookings ever ever. Nothing compared to what was advertised. Room too small, not aerated, no light. No pool, just a little water basin. Above all: the manager was extremely unpleasant, rude and profit-oriented (she took away the plate of our 9 year old daughter in front of her because she pretended we hadn’t reserved correctly). We left after one night and without breakfast, as anything was better than this. Apparently bad reviews on bookings are deleted, but numerous similar bad experiences can be found in a general internet search.

Il Riad era pieno di dettagli architettonici della località, bagno spazioso e con tutti i comfort (eravamo 4 ragazze in una stanza e c’era spazio a sufficienza). Gli spazi comuni come lo spiazzale per fare colazione e il terrazzo erano molto belli.

Piccolo consiglio per i proprietari: migliorare un po’ l’illuminazione delle stanze perché era tutto un po buio
