Riad tal e qual as fotografias, decoração tradicional e muito bonita. Serviço de atendimento muito bom sempre dispostos ajudar em tudo, serviço de limpeza sem nada apontar. Pequeno almoço muito bom, recomendo a toda a gente!

Good morning. I do NOT recommend this place. It's important to publicize what happens at this Riad. The employee was very aggressive just because we asked for an explanation of the prices; it was a very bad situation. On the first night, we didn't sleep because the room smelled very bad, and they said we wouldn't pay for that night... We stayed the second night because we couldn't find an alternative near the place we needed. They cleaned the room a little better on the second night, and on the last night, we changed rooms. On the last night, we were asked for payment in a very aggressive way, with threats of police involvement. We didn't do anything; we just wanted to pay the owner, not the employee (given that he was being very rude). The owner should have been with us at check-out, and then we would have handed over the money, and any doubts would have been clarified. It's a terrible place because no customer is treated aggressively without justification (much less during Ramadan). NEVER again at this place.

Staff were helpful, welcoming and very friendly, room was adequate and as expected. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of it. The location was ok being only 10-15 minutes walk from the main areas. Overall, pretty much in line with what I was expecting and certainly in line with the cost. Good value !

There was a heater, but it was not working properly and the room was cold (however, this may not be a common problem as it was an unusually cold the week when we stayed). The shower and toilet could do with being updated. The general surroundings felt a bit run down, but probably not out of keeping given that it was in the old town.

Great location. It feels a bit tricky to find the riad for the first time but there are signs at every corner so you know which way to go.

There was a roach in the room. When we notified the staff he did not seem to be bothered by it. He did check the room and told us it went away. I asked if they had a bug spray or something and he said no. The bed linen was damp even on the first night. The manager was friendly but all he seemed to care was what he wants. He didn’t answer most of our questions and kept asking what he wanted, eg city tax payment albeit he initially said it’s ok to pay at the check out.

Riad très propre,typique et bien situé. La disponibilité du personnel peu importe l’heure est très appréciable.

L’accès la première fois est surprenant, mais après les explications de Mohamed tout était différent.
