Everything, they did Everything they could to makes us confortable and we felt right at home.

A small detail, but I actually really liked the thick towels provided and the toiletries provided smelled delicious. Check-in was conducted in a very nice way, they brought fresh tea and biscotti cookies. Staff was very gracious.

Tutto il servizio complessivo, partendo dallo staff al cibo (colazione). Tutti ma veramente tutti, dal Taxi che ci hanno proposto alla signora che si trova in cucina sono stati di una gentilezza spettacolare.

Non è che non mi sia piaciuta qualcosa,.. unico punto di attenzione è che di sera, trovandosi a 10-15' a piedi della piazza centrale, muoversi di sera potrebbe spaventare qualcuno. Poi, ci sono piccolissime cose da sistemare nella struttura (non collegato alla pulizia, occhio Da quel punto di vista anche la camera è stata sistemata/pulita ogni giorno) ma penso che anche questo sia il bello della esperienza di un RIAD, altrimenti vai ad un 5 stelle.

Magnifique découverte. Très bon emplacement en plein coeur de la Medina, mais au calme. Le Riad est typique, très belle décoration, très propre, petit déjeuner compris très copieux. Le personnel est hyper gentil, sympa, serviable, ... bref aux petits soins avec tous les voyageurs. On a ajouté une nuit au séjour sans aucun problème et on devait quitter à 4h45 du matin pour l'avion. On nous a accompagné jusqu'à un chauffeur sur une place accessible aux voitures le tout organiser par l'équipe sans devoir s'occuper de rien. Pas d'hésitation, c'était une très belle expérience.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Der Riad ist wunderschön und das Personal extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich! Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und sehr viel. Ich empfehle allen Gästen unbedingt das Angebot für ein Abendessen am Ankunftstag anzunehmen. Es war wirklich ganz ausgezeichnet. Der kleine "Pool" im Innenhof ist Gold wert und kühlt an heißen Tagen gut ab. Er ist sehr klein, war für unsere Tochert (4 Jahre) aber ideal. Die Räume sind wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Lage mitten in der Medina lässt auch keine Wünsche offen.

Ich kann aufrichtig nichts schlechtes über das Dar Zelda sagen.
