Dishes were mostly chipped and all had to be washed as last person obviously had not done it. Also everyone seemed to be booked to adjacent rooms and there wasn't a lot of parking in the one area. Tight fit.

Location was great,staff are lovley

Bed very uncomfortable, room next to us having an argument and there dog barking not sound proof, we ended up staying one night instead of the two

Location.

Dirty, old bed sheets, limited toilet paper even after room service ( not replaced ) towels were damp on arrival like they were not washed and dried, coffee stains on white furniture.
