"Won’t stay again"

The room was dirty and my brand new white socks was black from the floor in room. Had to throw them away! Bathroom was dirty. No complimentary soap, shampoo or conditioner in room. Remote was sticky

I asked for early check in and the staff said they had a busy night the night before so I was told to give them 30 minutes. They had my room ready quick. It was so generous and genuine.
