No breakfast was available

Worn out pillows, holes in bedspreads no useable outlets, no toilet paper holder, nothing to hang towels on, was called right before we checked in and the room we were staying at flooded so they put us in a stinky smoking room, sorry it was the worst place we have ever stayed at

The room was large, the refrigerator kept everything cold, and the door locks had been upgraded. I felt safe as a woman traveling alone

There was a child upstairs that ran around from 3 pm until 10 pm the last night as well as a man screaming into his cell phone in front of my door for an hour. Otherwise, the visit was great.

No bugs

The outlets near the table didn't work. The outlets behind the bed had no covers. The towels were taken but I had to go to the office to get a towel as they didn't leave any. Parking was full. Blanket had a cigarette burn. AC smelled moldy. The heater smelled like something was burning. Fan in bathroom didn't work.
