The property has potential for sure but badly needs investment in dedicated energy and money. The garden is beautiful, staff is sweet and doing the best they can. Pool is nice.

It feels like this place is lacking true passionate commitment of the owner. Rooms are outdated and the team is working with outdated tools. Hospitality requires management that loves hosting guests and empower the team to do so optimally. It didn’t feel like that here. Nothing against the local team members, they are sweet and working hard. Room had a bad smell of sewage and could have an update in terms of interior as well as bed linen and towels.

The grounds are lovely and well maintained, very friendly helpful staff, delicious breakfast each day with perfectly ripe fruit, very large immaculate glass mosaic tiled aqua pool, quiet and peaceful. I had originally opted for a discounted bungalow without aircon but on arrival decided to level up to a bungalow with aircon because I also liked the indoor outdoor bathroom with the view above of the pandanus trees. Also I liked the light colour scheme of the bathrooms. I originally picked this place because all the bungalows have mosquito nets but everything else I’ve mentioned just added to a pleasant stay!

The breakfast is great as value, there are lots of spots for activities, you can hikes and snorkeling. Location of the Condo is closed to beach, snorkel doesn't need take a boat. Ms Nyoman and Artha are wonderful people
