温泉が近くてよかった

The hospitality of Chinese-speaking hostess made me so at home. Introduced the surroundings to me when she knew it was my 1st time here. My luggage bag handle had broken. Not only did she provide zip ties, also gave me a towel to wrap the made-shift handle. Located on "ginza st", it is close to the beach & bus stops & free public foot onsen but unfortunately it was close. The walk fr bus.stop to hotel is level ground. The ryokan room was cosy & quiet [but not the neighbouring occupants]. Provided slippers & The breakfast is excellent.

Such a sweet helpful host with an amazing location ! Very organized clean and cozy .

フロントの方は、チェックインの時もチェックアウトのとき、とてもあたたかい対応をいただき、子供たちも喜んでました。

枕カバーに髪の毛がついているものがありました。他はとてもきれいでした。
