Please note that guests are required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount via bank transfer up to 72 hours after receiving payment details. In bookings of 3 days, we require the total payment of the reservation. Please forward proof of the payment to the hotel. Also note that the remaining 50% of the booking amount must be paid in cash upon arrival. Guests are kindly requested to confirm cots and extra beds with the hotel. Please note that this property has no reception. Guests are kindly requested to check-in at the reception at Old Village Ov International. The reception is open from 09:30 to 18:00, Monday to Saturday. Keys are collected at the security complex outside these hours. Kindly note that all the property's apartments have different décors and they may be different from the pictures available on the website. Please note that a safety deposit box is available at an additional charge, and must be requested at the time of check-in. Please note that the available sunbeds at the pools have an additional charge between April and October. Please note the hotel reserves the right to require a deposit for the use of the pool that will be refundable at check-out.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
