Die ganze Camping Anlage ist sehr schön und dass es einen kleinen Supermarkt bei der Rezeption gibt, ist auch echt super! Insgesamt hatten wir echt 5 wunderschöne Tage da!

Zu bemängeln hatten wir eigtl echt nichts! Können es nur empfehlen!

"Asiakaspalvelu ala-arvoista"

Kommunikaatio heiltä oli erittäin epäselvää ja reseptionin henkilöt eivät osanneet asiakaspalvelua: eivät tervehtineet/hymyilleet/eivät halunneet opastaa paikan polkupyörien vuokraamisessa vaan jättivät oman onnemme nojaan ja kehoittivat varata netissä (siitäkin huolimatta että juuri kerroimme että ei onnistu). Käytimme pari tuntia netissä etsien eri tahojen vuokrapyöriä, mutta jäimme ilman (pyöriä oli liian kaukana ja jotkut paikat siltä päivältä jo sulkeutuneet). Varausvahvistuksessa sanottiin mökin vakuusmaksun olevan 500€ joka on maksettava pankkisiirtona. Matka läheni. Laitoin kyselyä etten ollut saanut vakuuslaskua. Vastasivat sen voi maksaa saavuttuamme mökille. Kysyin voiko maksaa käteisenä. Vastasivat ei ole vakuusmaksua. Uskomaton henkilökunta todella. Heillä ei ymmärrystä muusta kuin hankaloittamisesta. Myös vuoteet olivat kovia. Emme majoitu toiste k.o paikassa.

Die Gegend und der Park ansich

Ich hatte einen Bungalow mit kleiner Kochnische und eigener Toilette und Dusche gebucht. So wurde es mir angezeigt. Leider bekamen wir nur einen ganz kleinen Bungalow nur mit Betten. Kein Wasser, keine Kochstelle. Die Gemeinschaftstoiletten und Duschen waren nicht so sauber. Wir hatten auch keine Möglichkeit, unser Essen zu kühlen und mussten dann alles wegschmeißen. Sehr ärgerlich!
