The location was convenient, the help received upon arrival was clear and easy. The room was comfortable, easy to heat up when the temperature went down!

The location was perfect for my purposes. It was inexpensive. It smelled clean when I first opened the door.

I had to wait a long time & repeatedly ring the office doorbell before someone came to let me in. The person at the desk didn’t know how to check me in & had to be on the phone with someone the whole time to figure it out. The tv didn’t work but there was no way to contact the office to question them. It was freezing cold……no heat on when I arrived. I had to wait a good 45 min for the room to warm up & the heater was so noisy The inside of the microwave was disgustingly dirty!

Cost of room was good.

The owners wife was rude. He had to ask for clean linens/towels. They were not provided daily as expected. Room was not cleaned daily, only once in four days.

The $100 security deposit at check in surprised me, but it was fully released within hours of check out, which I did appreciate. The deposit makes sense in light of their standards this is just something to be aware of upfront.
