American Inn Motel Cañon City

Love the cleanliness of this Hotel.

People next room over started partying around 11pm, didn't shut up until 2am. Made waking up at 4am for work a little difficult.

Location was great and the room was meticulously clean. The guy who checked us in was I believe the owner. Very friendly person and offered us muffins, coffee, and bottled water in the morning. Very clearly communicated the expectations.

The carpet is very old and shows signs of wear. Everything else seems to be either updated, repaired, or going to be fixed soon. But the cleanliness was unmatched. Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at.

Honestly, I've been to ALL the hotels here is this area and this one had nothing bad to say.

The location is perfect and the owners were very kind. The rooms were clean and most importantly, I feel safe.

I've stayed here on three separate occasions now. Each time, the room was exceptionally clean and the bed comfortable. The owner is very nice and accommodating. Location is near downtown area with convenient access to area attractions and restaurants. Furnishings and the building itself are dated, but the price is great if all you are needing is a place to sleep and shower. I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice accommodations alittle too much traffic noise for me .Host were extremely nice.
