Outdated carpet and linens.

It is just a really neat place owned and run by a family... They do everything, so, they seem to be really proud of their business and run it in a really neat way. They seem to know how to be neat, clean, and provide a nice place to sleep, rest, clean up and go, without all the extras that nobody uses. Just sticking to the basics and doing it well.

The property has a faucet issue in the shower. It works, sort of, but due to plumbing issues, it takes forever to achieve the desired water pressure and temp. It does work, just takes too long.

The owners are really friendly. Nice to have coffee and packaged danish for breakfast. Dated but kept up rooms. Safeway supermarket close by. We would stay here again.

For a 'motel' it was quite nice and comfortable. Check-in was easy and pleasant - and there were a few nice touches that made the 'motel' experience nicer than expected. and it was all very clean.

Well, it was a motel - no real ambiance, but we didn't expect any.

Room was in town and easy access to Royal Gorge, reasonable price, clean, basic, yogurt/coffee in the a.m.

Next trip I would look for a place in historic downtown, nothing fancy (but I knew that in advance)

Our room had all that we needed. the bed was comfortable and the couch was nice to have. Great place just to spend the night without killing your budget.

No breakfast really, they had yogurt and packaged muffins and coffee in the office. No coffee machine in the room.
