Comfy beds, super friendly lady at the front desk, she gave me water bottles with my key, SUPER THOUGHTFUL.

I was told they had smart TVs so I wouldn’t need to bring my laptop but they didn’t. So I had to order a roku plug in to watch anything good. Few things were broken too.

Very quite

Location was very close to Hershey Park. Great rates(see comment in dislikes), friendly staff.

It was out dated and air conditioner had a smell. I paid for this in booking and then I still had to pay when I arrived at the location.

Nothing

The room was made when we arrived but was dirty as all linens had brown streaks and hair (which was black and neither of us have black hair) all over them, the bed sheets, and all four pillows. Even though we were in a "non-smoking" room, as soon as you walked in you were hit with the smell of smoke and mildew. The toilet paper appeared to be dirty as the side of the roll was brown and spotty. The room as a whole was very abused and run down. Holes in doors, stains on the couches and carpets, etc. Additionally, after going to the front desk to request new toilet paper and a fresh set of linens, we were just met with an immediate refund and kicked out. We were willing to tough it out and pay, as long as we got what we asked for. She did not consider our requests at all. They took the key while we still had all of our belongings in the unit. This left us without a place to stay for the night, when it was already around 7 PM. She then followed us to the room and proceeded to say "go, get out while you rob us" which I found interesting when I had been double charged AND had been charged an extra $60 dollars upon arrival even though the room was prepaid. She started handling our personal belongings and tossing them at us, while aggressively saying that we dirtied the room on purpose. Wow, what an experience we had. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone passing through as there are better options for a similar price point less than 10 minutes away.

Close to Hershey and other locations. It was clean and affordable. It was quiet and everyone was nice.

It could be updated and some repairs made to make it better, but overall, it didn't bother us.

The beds was comfortable and the ac kept the room cold! I love that!

The room smelled musky throughout our stay. From the momemt, we walked in until the moment we left. My only negative things to say.

Not much

Advertised free wifi......no directions on a password to be found. No phone in the room to call the desk to ask. Owner was not around at all day 2. There was a countertop ice maker and coffee maker but nothing to transport water from the bathroom......totally useless. No ice machine available at all. We ended up buying small plastic cups to fill with water and put in the freezer so we finally had ice.
