"We only kept our reservation as it was close to where and why we were in Greensboro."

No breakfast.

There was no breakfast. No where to have breakfast. The microwave and mini fridge didn't work. Had to ask staff how to turn on AC. The room was supposed to be non-smoking and it smelled awful. They came and sprayed the room. There were cigarette burns on the bedspread and on the curtains.
