Woman in mornings was great. Friendly ..nice..after that the man who took over HORRIBLE ..rude

had no towels..called..waited..called..he said guy told him room had towels..said come look for yourself..waited..called. he told me guy said he handed them to me..said no he did not..waited..called they started ignoring my calls..would not answer..finally answered..he said what?? how RUDE!!.. took about hour 1/2 to get towels

It was walking distance to where I needed to travel.

This is absolutely the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in, no exaggeration. Just overall dirty appearance, stained sheets, heavy odor of cigarettes, scuffed walls, tons of noise, barely any toiletries, etc. This location is horrid. I had low expectations before arrival but damn this was bad.

The rooms odor, refuse to give room service for clean towels, was told I had to bring dirty towels down to get clean. Staff on evening shift was rude, bathroom was not clean, refrigerator was rusty inside. Bedding had odor, I had to go buy linen and towel to rest in a comfortable manner. Just unprofessional behavior by one evening staff. Far as recommendations, I won't go here again.

Clean, no bugs!

Towels were stained brown, mattress was old, unfortunately road work at night on a bridge? Jack Hammer sounded like extreme knocking on a door?! From 12 midnight to 4 am. Towels and mattress biggest change for them to make.
