Clean bed sheets, double double-bunked bed was liked by kids

Nobody at the reception desk at 6 pm - it's still 3-star? The bathroom through the hallway is not convenient with small kids. The bathroom itself was fine. No tea bags in the room (only instant coffee). Hotel Wifi was not available in Room 2, so no TV as well...

Location great, very close to Dynamite beach, staff very friendly.

Room very small, no cupboard space, kettle and teabags on top of fridge. Meals where good but expensive for what you got.

I thought we had ensuites, but the onbly ensuite rooms were upstairs and my husband is disabled. We were able to get acces to a disabled bathroom, but it wasn't exclusively ours.

We ended up having to pay more for a better room so that my husband could actually get around in it, The rooms were very cramped otherwise. The staff were very rude. They rang us after we left and accused us of keeping the keys. They finally realised that we had dropped the keys at the front desk.

No breakfast available, no milk in the fridge in my room, bathroom for ladies needed a clean, no hand soap in the bathroom, lots of rubbish in the bin under the sink. Room was stuffy, no air flow, window was hard to open and directly over my head so unpleasant to sleep under as it didnt feel safe - only thin flywire between me and the outside

Goat curry was excellent for dinner. Towels were thick and fluffy. Owner did supply tea and milk when asked.

Accommodation standard of a bad back packers but cost $180. No milk, no tissues, no tea, no doona (thin blanket despite being cold), no hairdryer, bed old and uncomfortable. Single towel rail falling off wall. One bedside lamp did not work.
