高台に立地しているので 最寄り駅からかなりの急坂を歩かなければならず 体力的にキツかった 歩道のない国道を歩くルートでは結構怖かった 夕暮れ以降はかなり危険ではないかと思った 施設が古いので部屋は経年による傷みが目についた 水周りは今の水準からすると古くささは否めない
