We waited 1 hour for check-in. The bathroom shower is not working, and no water is coming out. Walls have cracks and broken ceilings. Onsen flour is sleepery and molds everywhere. Food Buffet service and management are not good.
JPThe food was really good. I’m not always a huge fan of buffets but this hotel had some really good food. There were a few issues with our room but the staff came quickly and took care of it. Our AC broke and they moved us into another room which was appreciated. The pool was wonderful and the onsens were clean.
The hotel and rooms are a little old and some parts were in dire need of repair. A few bugs got into our first room but we weren’t super bothered by them. There were some stains on the curtains and doors of our room.
