クイーンベッドのプランのはずが全く違う小さい部屋だった。また、該当の部屋は空いているのに強引にプランと違う部屋にしようとした。最終的には交渉してプラン通りの部屋になったが、問題だと思う。

Excelente apresentação, impressionante logo na entrada, parece um parque temático, os quartos são razoáveis em tamanho e são limpos. Um menu muito bom e até item de presente de entrada no quarto.

Não se pode reservar um quarto em especifico, é como "on-demand". Então se quiser variar o quarto em futuras visitas fica bem difícil, pelo menos por aqui pelo Booking. Pedi cadeira de massagem como a da foto e não fui atendido pela administração.
