Was not informed that the cut off for ordering breakfast is until 4am. We were not able to have breakfast. The staff did not give other options for breakfast. We want to order but there’s no breakfast meal available.

The room has very strong smell as kind of a printing or gas . We asked the hotel switch us to other room, unfortunately they only under Japanese. It made us very frustrated.

This hotel ruined my vacation. No one informs you about the check-out procedure. I paid the accommodation fee by booking, and at check-out I had to pay another 700 Yen, I don't know why!!!! The door is locked and won't unlock until you pay the fee, but even after I paid the fee the door still wouldn't unlock. The man at the reception didn't understand English and I'm stuck in the room for an hour!!!!!
