The Treehut at the Rabbithole, Upper Hutt

Friendly helpful hosts. Quiet location.

Always a pain stopping the car and getting out to open the gate, then again to close the gate, but it is in the country with animals.

The tree hutt itself was so Great the two days we spent there was not long enough for my Granddaughter and myself, it was sooo relaxing shame we had to come back to reality lol

The rain even though it was nice we couldn't go exploring

Absolutely amazing views and the walk through the bush to the river or the outdoor entertainment area are so beautiful 😍 loved it

Our hosts Natalie and Sean were lovely! Super friendly and welcoming, and they have a great property you can explore. They had good suggestions on things to do in town.

Very unique place to stay in the treehut. Extra blanket and heater, so it was warm and comfortable. Very friendly host, we even had a game night together. Thankful for possibility to use the Kitchen. Great to explore is also the wider property, reaching down to the river.

Dog hairs in the house - but if you love dogs and are used to it, is of course no problem.

It looked ok to us ,very picturesque

We werent told we had to go up 3 levels to our room,even the picture on the website doesn't show you that,also toilets and showers weren't in our room,so we had to go downstairs for that,we are elderly and it was quite a shock when we first arrived.we had just been to a memorial and it was around 7pm ,so we just climbed up ,went to bed and left early in the morning

The treehouse was really cute, it was really nice and quiet and the owners we really awesome

Ummm the bed in the treehouse got uncomfortable 9n our second night there but otherwise overall, everything was awesome

loved the cozy warm space, and the fairy lights! also a very friendly cat came and hung out with me!

It was nothing like what I thought and hoped the tree house would be, too me and my friend we were very disappointed as I wouldn't call it a tree house, it was a small box like hut like a kids tree hut, there was no room in it to move especially when you fold the bed out it took up all the room and ur photos are very deceiving you have made it look bigger when it is tiny. I did enjoy my break away from home and time with my friend.
