Cleanliness, warmth, view.

What a spot! An absolute pleasure to wake to the ocean and to see the surfers from our windows. I am happy we were there by ourself as sat on the deck well into the night- it may have been a bit awkward if there were others there doing the same?

The only thing that I didn't realise was that the water didn't run straight away at times (obviously waiting for the pump to kick in) so I turned on the taps, or shower and no water came out for a couple of minutes. I thought it was broken until I left the tap on and waited and it started coming out eventually. Perhaps a little explanation on the tap/pump situation would be good as if I wasn't with a practical person, I probably would have called for assistance.

We were forced to leave by the host. We arrived to find dozens of sandflys in the room (because the host left the door and windows open) and I had to drive about an hour to buy fly spray, which I did, to kill the sandflys. After, I sent the host a message complaining about the biting sandflys in the property she arrived unannounced and insisted that we leave. She wouldn't listen to any discussion. She made us pack our bags and leave immediately. My wife tried to reason with her and calm her down but she was beyond reason (I stayed out of the discussion). In the short time I was there I flushed the toilet but there wasn't enough water pressure to wash my hands until the toilet cistern had finished filling. The host had also failed to warn us about the road works that were taking place a few metres from the property's front windows.

Location was perfect just a short walk to a restaurant. Excellent views of the sea.
