Wonderful view. We had a horrible windy day on our first day that we watched from our cosy studio. The next day the weather was perfect for exploring. Highly recommend this accommodation

"Great Catlins launching pad"

Great position and views, easy to tour the Catlins region from here. Very comfortable accommodation. Step outside for a beautiful beach walk.

"Good but not luxury"

Convenient location

Bath floor mat was wet when we arrived and there is no where to hang towels to dry, after 2 nights we were using wet towels , promoted as luxury but lacking in this aspect
