Excellent location with great views over the sea, and the local cafe/restaurant just down the road. Excellent bathroom, comfy beds, and the room had everything we needed.

We were here for 3 nights, and on the second night there was a bit of noise from the people in the next unit (music with bass coming through the wall). Thankfully it didn't go all night, but it was a bit annoying. Not the host's fault though!

Location spot on. Views to die for. A very comfortable studio, with a very relaxing vibe. The best we’ve stayed in on South Island

Kitchen area was all fine but a little dated. Everywhere else had been updated brilliantly.
