Made the reservación two weeks prior to the 27th, when arroces i was told they didn’t have a reservation under my name, thay told the same thing to a couple before me and another couple after me, do not understand how Can I have a reservación nombre with no reservación on their sistem; so at the end i was left without a room at 11 pm at night and alone in a city i didn’t know, very fustraring and desapointing.

Nice room. AC & heater work great. Shower worked well. Fridge worked well. tv has variety of channels.. fine for the basic Overall Hotel 10/10 Staff 6/10 Staff seemed like they’re not happy to be there lol.. staff got mad bc I told her I came in an uber lol???

Hôtel rénovée je crois , totalement conforme au photo , lit très confortable😁 , le parking super éclairé le soir, très tranquille en tout cas pour notre séjours c’était parfait 👌 le frigo à dispo , le micro onde 👌 .
