The only way to get the TV to work was by flicking a switch which then turned a very bright light on that shined right on the bed. I ended up covering the light up with horribly ratty towels. I also have insulin that needed to be refrigerated and the refrigerator did not work

Will never go to this motel again people knocking on everyone's door at 4 am and the rest of the night didn't sleep well never come back here beacuse of this I want to sleep could get any we are tired this morning

Dirty. I asked for a nonsmoking room they gave me a smoking room twice. They are very greedy when you ask for items. I asked for toilet paper and the lady at the front desk said let me see if you really ran out. There was only 2 towels in the room, they were dirty and had blood stains. I asked for new, and she had an attitude about it. I asked for me garbage bags for the room and she hesitated and gave me only 1 and I'm staying for a whole week. I wish I didn't book here at all, might as well pay an extra 60 bucks for a better one with free breakfast, pool, and coffee all day. No microwaves in the room you have to pay 60 dollars for one and 60 for a coffee pot. It's ridiculous. The house keeper is a homeless man, who doesn't even clean good. And everyone here seems to be on drugs. I'm calling code enforcement for these conditions they are allowing people to stay in. Also the beds had dirt all over them, hot water doesn't work, it smells so bad in the room. Everything was dusty. I would not suggest for anyone to stay here.

my room was 124 and it stunk and it sucked this place needs to be condemmed management got on to me about a dog and that place smell like crap. Don't go here it is not worth it the management sucks and can't speak english and the rooms are completely terrible try room 124. They don't allow pets if they see you with one in the car or out of the car he will cuss you out and threaten to call police.

Absolutely nasty, police frequent the parking lot. Hotel was full of trashy cars and thug looking people. I think the room next to me was dealing meth. People were in and out all night. Old and badly needed to be updated. Business on both sides built walls to hide this place, that should have been a clue. Shame on anyone who gives this crap hole a good review.

Should have payed attention to sign in office...no refund after 15 minutes. Room was adequate but rug was very dirty. Beds comfortable. Bathroom soap had been used, rewrapped and left out to be used by next visitor. Paid for 3 nights, keys did not work on 2nd day.

This motel is old, but in decent shape. The non-smoking room had no smoky smell. In the on-line reservation I asked for a first floor room and that's what I got. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were adequate. The TV and plumbing worked. The TV remote didn't work well, but that was about the worst thing about the room. The family that run it were pleasant and friendly.

The room was fine and clean. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were not good. The towels were dirty and old. The room door did not close properly. It isn't located in one of the best neighborhoods, so that people who are out there do not look very friendly. It is true that the price is very affordable and you can not ask for much more, but the beds are very old and uncomfortable, so sleep quality is not good.

My husband and I recently went to Morristown Tn to visit friends. I had booked our hotel at the Scootish Inn when we arrived none of the ammenities they showed on line were available. The room was dirty reeked of smoke mind you we ask for non smoking.There was a sign in the room that said if you were not satisfied in the first 15 mins come to the office for a refund and we did. He refunded the room then billed us for one night stay at a higher rate even though we were not staying. So we stopped at the Super 8 in Morristown where we were greeted by Nakul Patel where we were shown our room prior to paying for it. We were then showed all the amenties that we had while we stayed there. This young man held the breakfast over for us one morning when we over slept he even called us to wake us up and tell us. The hotel was very clean all of the staff was very friendly and willing to make your stay the very best they could. If you are ever in that area I would recomend this hotel 100%. The customer service was exceptional.

it's nice to stay with good price,we pass by morristown every were price is 79 $ but we stay in 37$.price wise good and it's a family owned motel.
