Croft of Clune Shepherds Hut

Great location overlooking the town of Newtonmore. Well presented and tidy, with comfort enough for our needs.

The view was stunning, even during a cold, wet & windy November. Very quiet & remote place, which was exactly what i was wanting. Very cosy during the night with the wind & the rain noises coming from outside.

Very basic facilities, but fine for what i was needing.

Wonderful farm stay. Kids loved the friendly chickens and sheep. Very simple but had all the basics to make food. Very comfortable beds that didn’t squeak!

Location perfect, much closer to town than I thought and great for exploring the folk museum. Really cosy with thick blankets. Kid loved the animals... what swayed me booking it tbh.

Right on the tipping point of needing a sink for dishes. You have kettle and micro which is great but you need to clean dishes. There is sink in toilet hut.

Cosy and warm, with a nice view. The dogs were really friendly and so were the chickens.

The light in the bathroom was temperamental but once you got the hang of it it was fine

Lovely wee hut for an overnight stay. Great communication from the hosts prior to arrival. Accommodation was bigger than expected, toilet facilities were close by and clean Views were stunning lovely morning visit from the chickens

Place was lovely can't fault it
