Location was great, the area was peaceful and nice outside and friendly guest.

air condition was loud, but its not that big deal to me

The place was gross, I walked in and the adjoining door, head duct tape all around it. There was a sticky mouse trap by the door with bugs covered on it and bugs on the bed.

Had the motor court feel, was quiet and pleasant/country quiet surroundings

Cable tv/outdated for watching movies or for streaming

I liked the covered parking space and the larger than normal fridge.

Although I had selected 2 adults and 2 children when booking the room, I was still charged $45 extra (for the children) when I arrived. The door to the room did not seal so bugs were getting in and you could hear lots of outside noise (traffic / birds). The bathroom window also did not seal and there were a line of sugar ants crawling down the wall to the sink. The room and furnishings were severely outdated and random pieces of construction materials (painted plywood, floor tiles) were adhered to the bathroom wall and around the vanity (possibly to cover up holes in the wall or something ?). Grout and caulking was so poorly applied to tiles that a toddler could have done better. Cheap, cheap place to stay.
