Looked like the room had been fairly recently refurbished. Eg. new curtains, bedspreads and updated bathroom. New air conditioner and good quality microwave in room. Very comfortable bed.

The Wi Fi was not working. The owner we spoke to said she had no idea how to fix it. Fair enough, but the attitude that went with it was not necessary and maybe an offer of a discount would have been more appropriate. The towels were a bit in the tatty side.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. All common areas were well maintained. Bed was comfortable.

There was no remote control to use the air conditioning. A box of tissues would have been nice. I didn't like receiving an email from them requesting that I rate them 10/10. I rate my experience.

Very convenient location. It was very neat and tidy. Recently renovated. The owners were very friendly and nice. Excellent accommodation.

Its on the highway so noisy at nights as trucks are passing.

Plenty of space in these rooms. Great value for money. Extra kitchen utensils for cooking. Big fridge. Free wifi. Parking spot right next to room

Looked like a bit of mould in bathroom shower area i would still visit again as it serves its purpose. Only stay 1 night due to sports in Mackay. 2 adults 2 teens
