"We didnt stay because it was disgusting"

We checked in and after walking into room, there was hair in bathtub, dirt and dust on everything in the room, cob webs/dust in corners. Sink did not drain when running sink. Bathroom door handle loose and door would not shut. No carpet, tlle flooring, chipped walls, no chain on doors, we could not stay because it was disgusting. We were promptly refunded.

Could have been clean, could have been well kept, I slept in cleaner tents overseas. We were refunded. I had to drive back to hotel to get them to check email to cancel booking reservation. The entire experience was terrible and I doubt I ever use booking again.
