Hotel was calm and welcoming … the receptionist was very cool he helped me order my first food lol . I enjoyed my stay

Room well appointed and clean. Reception staff (owner/manager?) very helpful and very pleasant. It was nice to have a bedside light rather than walk to the door to turn the lights off. Only stayed one night, but Thanh Hoa much larger than we expected, so could have spent a full day or so exploring.

Bed was incredibly hard. Would have benefited from a kettle and tea and coffee, but same can be said for most hotels in SE Asia

This a nice hotel in a very quiet area. Lovely hostess who made me feel very welcome. Room was big and comfortable with kettle and fridge etc. Don't tell Booking.com but I stayed for 2 extra nights at a reduced rate.. cash only of course! Recommended.

Some people wouldn't like the standard of cleaning in the bathroom.. but it was perfectly adequate and hygienic.

A very clean and well appointed hotel in a town that doesn’t seem to see too many westerners. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was really big and comfortable. There's not much fourniture but it's enough. The personal is super nice. The room is not systematically cleaned everyday which I think is really good. So you can decide if you want people to get into your room or not. On the overall, the room was better than I expected.

The hotel is at 20min walking from the center, which is a bit inconvenient if you want to eat something at night. But with a bit of organisation it's not really a problem.
