I stayed at this place for one night just for the experience and it was quite an interesting one. The view is lovely.

When you enter there is a stuffy, unventilated smell. Inside the tent there is dust all over the edge, under the main bed and at the secondary bed there is a lot of dust and in the bed box. A general cleaning must definitely be done inside the tent. The rating would increase considerably if this aspect were fixed.

Aparte del calor infernal (que lógicamente no fue culpa de los dueños)y de la complicada descripción para llegar a la yurta, no nos sentimos cómodos por toda la basura, hasta una cuchilla de afeitar) que había en ella, sobre todo teniendo un niño pequeño. Después de 90 minutos nos fuimos. La idea nos encantó, pero la ejecución dejó mucho que desear.

Sitio alejado, con privacidad justo como queríamos y cerca de la naturaleza. Las carreteras para acceder eran un poco complicadas pero no tuvimos mayores inconvenientes.

La estancia estaba algo sucia. A primeras se veía bien pero por los bordes de la Yurta y detrás de algunos muebles había bastante suciedad. La cocina no era usable, estaba muy sucia. El baño estaba limpio, pero no tenía papel.

Totally recommend. Maybe it is not comparable to hotel standards, but it was a great and totally new experience to sleep in traditional yurt. Waking up at the morning, opening door and seeing amazing nature scenery has stolen my heart. It is beautiful and connected with nature. Great private bathroom with warm water. Perfect wifi connection. There is also open-air kitchen available. Great contact with the owner and proactive, descriptive instructions of check-in. If you are concerned that you still can have problem with locating yurt - search it on google maps with satellite map. In march yurt was warm by itself, but it were also blankets available and air heater. Suggestions for new travelers - bring yourself a headlamp / flashlight, because going to bathroom during the night can be hard without having light source. It is possible to arrive here by bus (direct from Granadilla/Güímar or with 1 change from Los Christianls or Santa Cruz) - just leave on bus stop with name "El Tajoz" - you will reach yurt in 15 min by feet from the bus stop.

Inside the yurt, there was dominating smell of the sheep. The smell penetrated our clothes. We weren't prepared to that, but just accepted, because after a research, I found the info that traditional yurts are partially created from the leather and wool of sheeps, so it is like it is.
