The room was clean. It was close to enmities . Staff was friendly enough.

This is not a place to stay if you want peace and quiet. The motel is located on a very busy corner and the traffic was extremely loud into late evening and starting up very early in the morning. Also, I could hear people walking either beside or above.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location for accessing all that I wanted to do in Collingwood and Wasaga Beach. Bed was comfortable. All of the basics were in place. We did have WiFi access so I could use my laptop for business and that was great. For breakfast I went to MacDonalds across the way. It was new and well designed. There are many stores close by for anything that was needed.
