for an inexpensive motel, everything was superior

Good motel. There was a kitchenette in the room (sink, oven, microwave, fridge). Petro gas station at the motel. Parking at the room door.

No hot tub, only shower. WiFi was very slow.

The price, the kitchenette, the air cond/fan for ambient noise as room was near the street.

Room was near the street.

When I got there the girl told me the room I booked on booking was not available because I had a pet, so I had to pay MORE. The room she gave me was most definitely a pet room. Animal Piss stains were all over the carpet. The area was sketchy and the sheets did not appear to be clean. I was so tired I just dealt with it needed to sleep. I believe they intentionally told me my room wasn’t available to charge me much more. Really shady. The guy the next day was nice when I checked out and told me to smile all day so my day would be better. I told him those piss stains weren’t my dogs and they better not hold my pre authorisation fee. He smiled and said, oh no we know our rooms. So that Sums it up. Not everyone who has a dog lets them do this to a carpet and should not be subjected to this. See photos

This appears to be an older property but clean and well maintained. Our unit came with a kitchenette. We were on a motorcycle and were able to park right outside our door. The folks who checked us in were very nice and answered all questions about nearby food, stores, etc.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Early opening hours for attached store & gas very much appreciated!
