Lone Pine Motel

Stayed in Room 6. Pros: the door locks, tv works, a/c works, water runs, towels are provided, sheets have been washed, grocery store across the street, restaurants nearby Areas for Improvement: there is a large hole in the wall that allows light (and probably other things) from outside in, killed 2 pincher bugs, only 1 lightbulb used in a covered multi socket light fixture makes it not very efficient, the backrest of the only chair is not connected to chair (screws have detached and are exposed), microwave is missing the glass plate that turns, fridge is missing all plastic dividers, rods, and freezer door flap, black mold on bathroom window frames, shower door does not close, nowhere to put shower toiletries except the ground…there were other rooms available yet I was assigned this one…

Absolute bare minimum facility. Friendly and helpful staff.

Noisy neighbors made us appreciate the loud air conditioner.

Quick one night. Great location close to hop on and off the freeway. A few places to eat close by and lots of Redwoods to explore in the area.
