USThe room was modern and clean, felt spacious, and the AC worked great. The bathroom was big enough for the toilet to stay dry when we showered. Complimentary filtered hot and cold water station was useful, and they provided packaged cookies and instant coffee packets in the room. Close walk to the jetty, to Pangeran for great coffee, to Adamia restaurant for yummy dinner, and to Acah laundry service.
Staff were very polite but be aware that there is limited communication. Ahead of our trip, I asked questions via Booking and WhatsApp but the messages were not answered (or even seen). There is no information or recommendations given at check in - this was not a problem for us because I contacted TeBing Guesthouse ahead of time via WhatsApp to book tours, which were excellent.

CATout était parfait : la gentillesse et la disponibilité des hôtes, la chambre avec des collations et du café pour le séjour, le lit super confortable, la propreté, le tout dans un établissement très calme propice au repos.
FREt emplacement idéal entre le jetée, les petits commerces, les restaurants flottants, le terminal de bus et NKS TRAVEL à 5 minutes à pied. Chambre propre, confortable, eau chaude ( attention en Malaisie il faut actionner un interrupteur pour avoir l'eau chaude), sanitaire simple mais suffisant, petite terrasse partagée avec chaises et table, séchoir pour le linge, eau chaude ou froide à volonté, petites dosettes de café et biscuits offerts et à demander si besoin. Climatisation nickel Accueil facile et agréable.

Personnel très peu accueillant et peu agréable, nous y avons passé 4 nuits : aucun ménage fait dans la chambre ni de poubelles changées, obligé de réclamer serviette propre et papier toilette. Chambre vétuste. Salle de bain très vétuste tombant en lambeaux/ climatisation fonctionne mal et bruyante , obligé de mettre un ventilateur à fond en plus
