Nothing much, view was ok.

Couldn't even supply a bed blanket Over charged for pickup. Extortionate charge for the worst tour ever 8000000 idr to see one point. No English speaking at all. Left after first night. The owner agreed to refund after I had already paid for 3 nights. Not even any sun loungers Dirty restaurant and kitchen. Wanting a further 600000udr cash to do for. Again another attempt to rip us off further. Moved into another hotel the next day Still awaiting refund for 2 nights Booking.com customer service has not done anything about it, just ignoring my message. Not a good location in the jungle nothing about or close apart from one view point that costs ,3 million idr to sit in comfort. Probably owned by the same people. They even tried to charge me more for a beer than my guest staying with me. When I booked and paid for the room.

Cleanliness Facilities Bathroom

Exceptional views and close to Gamat bay for snorkeling! Bed was comfortable and breakfast that was included was pretty good. Good Wi-Fi!

Bathroom is not nice, had bad sewage smell and everything was rusting. Limited amenities here, no available water dispenser.

The things that were great were the; Views, Access to Gamat Bay (beach) within walking distance away (prepare yourself for a long walk down hill until you see the sign for gamat bay on the left hand side by the scooter parking Bay, and the steep climb back up the hill) , nice privacy with the bungalows, walking access to the amok sunset bar which has free access to the pool and a nice food menu to select from, breakfast was lovely and so was dinner (I liked how we could get it delivered to our bungalow) their prices were very reasonable, cheaper than the amok sunset bar. the staff were very friendly and helped us organise; a cheaper fast boat return ticket from and to Bali and a smooth transition to the hotel check-in. They helped us arrange a driver for a day tour around Penida and they also a driver to the harbour when we were checking out.

The property was very remote and getting car shuttles were bumpy And a tight squeeze, there were no shops in walking distance. The ensuit bathroom was quite underwhelming compared to the rest of the accommodation and the views, felt very dull, dirty and claustrophobic. Crazy clashing patterns in the tiles, leaking toilet, exploded ceiling and tissues and an old air freshener was stuffed in to the small window exposing the outside. The shower head was dirty and partially clogged the fact that you had to stand in a bath tub was award and slippery.

Great view with good service and Mr. Agus was super helpful. Definitely recommend it to everyone planning to visit Nusa penida.

I could stay here forever, and almost did as I kept extending my stay, haha. The place is very peaceful and the view is incredible! It's really a place to relax. I see that people speak about the bad road to the apartment. It is a bit bumpy, but if you drive slow, you will be fine. I'm an inexperienced scooter driver, as I learned it on Nusa Penida. It is really not that bad as people say. Everything is very nice about this stay. Also the people who work there are very friendly and always helpful. The owner is also very friendly and always willing to help. It is also great that he can arrange the boat trip and scooter or a taxi for you. And I loved the dog and cats 😊
