Sakti OceanView Nusa Penida

Stunning views, simple bungalows, well priced, lovely breakfast and helpful, friendly staff. It’s isolated but that’s what we wanted. It’s also a few minutes walk to Amok Sunset for clifftop infinity pools, treehouse ‘nests’ and relaxed but stunning sunsets, cocktails and dinners. We organised a driver for day tours through the villa which were excellent. They also organised our ferry booking for us which was so helpful.

The view was 100% worth the money and the bumpy road. Stable Wi-fi, the restaurant make good food. Room is clean and good space.

Shower and toilet is together, the shower was leaking all night so the floor was wet all day. Maybe it’s better if cloth hanger and rack next to the sink are provided.

It was very relaxing with amazing views of the island across Nusa Penida.

Loved the views of the ocean and the rustic appeal of the cottage.

Quality of the facilities, no universal charging adapter was provided, neither was a water kettle, etc. Had to be asked for. Quality of the bathroom with the bathtub was sub-par for the price we paid.

The view

The road to get there is awful. I saw that in the reviews but I didn't think it would be this bad. It made the experience not worth it at all. We never wanted to leave to not go through the road. Very little restaurant options nearby. The rooms are very outdated. There was Noone to check us in when we arrived. We had to sit around and wait for someone to come. I booked it because of all the good reviews about the staff but we barely saw any besides for breakfast. I might have been okay with it if this was a $15/night stay but not worth the money we paid by far.

We loved everything about Sakti OceanView. The location, the facility, THE HOST, the food... We couldn't have been more pleased!

Location is most attractive, right in front you can see ocean

Its far from city. To reach room you have to take road which is around 1 km which is very bad. At night its very dark, riding in this road is very adventurous

The hosts were very available and friendly. The location was great, walking distance to Gamat Bay. Amazing view and restaurant on site for ease. The property was basic but clean and had everything you would need.

Road to the property was quite hard to drive on with a scooter, but so is most of the Island of Nusa Penida so not a surprise.

The view was absolutely amazing and the staff wonderful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful - they helped us with booking the fast boat tickets and make sure we managed to get to the pier and then the boat. The view is amazing and also the room was very comfy. I recommend it highly!
