There is no variety of food, neither in the cafe nor in the lunch and dinner menu. The menu has “pasta carbonara or bolognese” and they serve you chicken. anything you order will be chicken. They are extremely time consuming, to serve an omelet, it takes half an hour.

This place was great! Really enjoyed the drive up the hill and the view from the hotel - gorgeous look at the volcano from the mainland. The breakfast was nice as well!

"It was a good stay and had a relaxed trip."

The view was good… food was very tasty and Gede was very friendly and helpful through out the trip and made our stay extra comfortable and pleasant.

There was no connectivity from family room to reception to contact the staff we have to go all the way up for small small things.

The rooms are big and spacious, the staff friendly and helpful. At night is very calm and no noises. We love this place. Breakfast were yum! Very local and made with love.

Is a bit far from the beach. The pool wasn’t sparkling clean.
