I’m only giving it two stars because the pool was beautiful and clean.

I booked the Deluxe Double Room but was given a completely different one, even though they insisted it was the correct room. It looked nothing like the pictures on Booking. The bathroom was absolutely filthy, with urine stains from previous guests and hair all over the floor and drains.

bed comfortable, air con worked well, lovely garden and pool, Good location, staff friendly

Bathroom dirty, bedding stained, for two weeks sheets and towels not changed and nothing cleaned, TV didn't work, no water one one occasion when went to have a shower
